Riding Mill Press is an independent publisher of popular science books. We publish rigorously researched, clearly written science for a general audience, beginning with a trilogy on the biology of skin, hair, and ageing across the full range of human variation, by Dr Olusola Idowu.
The Founder
Riding Mill Press was founded by Dr Olusola Idowu, who holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Newcastle University and completed postdoctoral research fellowships at Stanford University and NASA Ames Research Center. He is the author of the trilogy Melanin, Rooted, and Ageing, and is the founder of HexisLab, an AI-driven skin science and bioactive ingredient discovery company based in the UK.
