Dr Olusola Idowu
Dr Olusola Idowu is the author of the Riding Mill Press trilogy, Melanin, Rooted, and Ageing, three popular science books on the biology of skin, hair, and ageing across the full range of human variation.
He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Newcastle University and completed postdoctoral research fellowships at Stanford University and NASA Ames Research Center. He is the founder of HexisLab, an AI-driven skin science and bioactive ingredient discovery company, and writes about the biology behind skincare and haircare for a general audience.
